The Green Man Pub

The Green Man is an ancient pagan symbol denoting good harvest, although today it is more evocative of revival and rejuvenation. We think this idea fits in well with the concept and mission of Mill Island.

There are numerous Green Man Pubs throughout England. In 2007, a Green Man Pub will open at Mill Island. It will serve upscale pub fare and showcase Granite Brewery's beer.
